Solution:
- The name of your bluetooth headset is the OmniTech (OT-020C).This will be slightly difficult to explain without knowing the model of phone... First off, you need to ensure that you are using a bluetooth enabled phone. You will need to enter the settings and tools menu. From within that menu, you need to find either "connections" or "bluetooth" and select. Make sure bluetooth is enabled. There will be an option to add a new device. On your bluetooth headset, hold down the power button down until the power light stays lit. This may take 5 seconds or more. Now your bluetooth is in pairing mode.Back to the phone, you want to hit "add new device". On certain models of phone you additionally have to select "search for devices". Your phone will recognize any headsets in pairing mode. When it is finished scanning, allow the phone to add your headset. It will ask you for the device pin code. This pin code will be 0000.I hope this answered all of your concerns. If you are having trouble with finding the correct settings from within your phone, reply with your phone model and I can give you more detailed information!
- I have just purchased a OT-020C the instructions say that you hold down the button on the phone until a blue light flashes this turns on the device, if you hold down the button untill a blue and red light flash it is in paring mode so you can only pair while the Blue and red light flashes.
